Historic preservation of a community center icon that involved restoration of two buildings and reconstruction of a third that was destroyed by fire. All buildings underwent tuck pointing and masonry restoration, reroofing, and window/replacement, new fire suppression/alarm systems, finishes and interiors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure replacement.
