Complete adaptive reuse of daylight manufacturing facility built in 1915 by the Delco Company. The $25.4 million project overlooks Dayton’s new downtown baseball park, and contains 129 loft living units, parking, and a craft brewery. The project is on the National Historic Register and Received both Federal and State Historic Tax Credits.
