Complete historic restoration of a 200,000 SF multi-story building in Downtown Columbus, which was built in 1918. Components include: Gymnasium, swimming pools, locker rooms, weight and aerobic rooms, and 300 apartments. This project kicked off a 30+ year relationship of continuing work on YMCA projects throughout Central Ohio.
